Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Aftersales Services Manager for our client based in Tiptree on a permanent basis.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technical support specialists, ensuring they provide high-quality service and meet performance goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce response times.
  • Manage escalations and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as product development, to address and resolve product-related issues.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, including customer satisfaction metrics, resolution times, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and new technologies to provide the most effective support possible.
  • Ensure that the technical support team adheres to company policies and procedures

Ideally the candidate will have the following experience:

  • Technical knowledge
  • Highly motivated.
  • Honest and professional.
  • IT literate.
  • Flexibility (weekly over night stays)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good time management.
  • Ideally knowledge in timber windows and doors

In return our client offers a salary up to £42,000 per annum, company car, and life insurance.
