Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Aftersales Services Manager for our client based in Tiptree on a permanent basis.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technical support specialists, ensuring they provide high-quality service and meet performance goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce response times.
- Manage escalations and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product development, to address and resolve product-related issues.
- Monitor and report on team performance, including customer satisfaction metrics, resolution times, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and new technologies to provide the most effective support possible.
- Ensure that the technical support team adheres to company policies and procedures
Ideally the candidate will have the following experience:

- Managerial skills
- Technical knowledge
- Highly motivated.
- Honest and professional.
- IT literate.
- Flexibility (weekly over night stays)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good time management.
- Ideally knowledge in timber windows and doors
In return our client offers a salary up to £42,000 per annum, company car, and life insurance.
