Chef de Partie - COLCHESTER- SMALL DEXUXE BOUTIQUE HOTEL A Chef de Partie is required for this small intimate boutique Hotel. The hotel has only 10 room and caters for breakfast , brunch and lunch with the occasional small function and private dining offer. This hotel is looking for a stable Chef de Partie who can cook to a high standard and someone who is looking to join a brigade who are aiming for the best. You will be a passionate, talented and hardworking and have the drive and determination to help support this professional small brigade.
All produce is sourced locally using only the finest and freshest ingredients. The menu is also seasonal therefore you will increase your knowledge due to working on a regular changing menu. All food is made from scratch using the best techniques and combinations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Chef de Partie who is looking to gain experience and progress their career within an exceptional group
