Junior Sous Chef - £31k to £32k plus £5k in tips - near Colchester, own transport for this 50 cover all fresh food hotel restaurant cooking to AA Rosettes standard. Jointheir brigade of 5. Here we cook fresh seasonal dishes everyday to a very high standard. You will be working with a Michelin Star Head Chef. You will work 4 days on, 3 days off over a week or 5 days on and 2 days off. We are offering a salary of £31k to £32K plus £5k in tips per year. We close the kitchen at 9pm Monday to Saturday and close it at 8pm on a Sunday evening. Staff meals are provided both lunch and dinner.

Experience

Junior Sous Chef - £31k to £32k plus £5k in tips - Colchester - You must have AA Rosettes cooking experience please (cooking everything from fresh and from scratch to a high standard) and your own transport, unless you live locally.

We are looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef who can cook to a high level at AA Rosette level using all fresh ingredients, has innovation, creativity and great attention to detail. A Junior Sous Chef who enjoys working to high standards and has a AA Rosette cooking background from a high end gastro, restaurant or hotel.

Salary & Benefits

  • £31k to £32k per year plus £5k in tips
  • 45/55 hour week
  • 4 days on 3 days off per week or 5 days on and 2 days off
  • Free parking
  • Free meals on duty lunch and dinner
  • Must be living and working in the UK or have Right to Work/Settlement Status, or British Passport.
