Do you have experience with Timber Windows or similar, looking to take a step away from the tools and into a managerial position?
On offer is the chance to join a growing company that are renowned within their industry, where you will have the opportunity to mould and grow your own team helping to shape the future of the business.
The company are going through a period of expansion and have exciting goals in place to ensure they continue to grow. They provide bespoke high-end Timber Windows for residential properties.
In this role you will spend half your time in the office managing your own team of Carpenters, offering expert technical advice to help improve their bespoke work. The other half of the time you will be on site, supervising your team and making sure that their work is being completed to the exceptional standards that the company expect.
The role would suit someone from a Timber Windows background looking to get off the tools and progress into a rewarding Managerial role.
The Role:
- Day to day management of a small team of Timber window fitting professionals
- Ensuring work is being completed to a high standard
- Responsible for your own team of Carpenter/Joiners
The Person:
- Experience working with Timber Windows
- Managerial experience highly advantageous
- Full Driving License
