Job Profile

As a Business Development Manager, youll lead a team of up to 10 Personal Move Assistants, driving sales, managing team performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Youll play a key role in growing the business, achieving sales targets, and fostering strong relationships with clients and regional teams. The role offers a great opportunity to demonstrate leadership skills and achieve business success in a results-driven environment.

Duties
  • Achieve team KPIs by generating new listing opportunities
  • Enhance team performance through training and development
  • Drive business growth by managing the sales process and ensuring client retention
  • Conduct 1:1 performance reviews, return-to-work meetings, and new starter inductions
  • Build and maintain relationships with branch managers and regional teams
  • Ensure administrative tasks are completed for regional branches
  • Promote the companys brand values and operate within company standards

Skills & Experience
  • Experience in a sales, estate agency, lettings, or contact center environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Hours of Work
  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM 8:00 PM on a rota
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays, with a day off in lieu
