The company

The Client Services team work collaboratively to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role combines working alongside the business' growing client based as well as managing a team of Client Service Coordinators.

Duties

  • Manage high-value client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Oversee client communications and maintain high service standards.
  • Optimise service delivery processes to meet client expectations and SLAs.
  • Lead and develop a team of Client Services Coordinators.
  • Provide training and mentoring to enhance team performance.
  • Set and track team objectives to ensure targets are met.
  • Conduct monthly one-to-one meetings for performance support.
  • Facilitate return-to-work meetings for team members.
  • Coordinate client site visits and ensure seamless logistics.
  • Resolve scheduling and resource challenges.
  • Monitor KPIs to assess performance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategies for client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Analyse client feedback and market trends for service improvements.
  • Support revenue and profitability goals through upselling and client retention.
  • Actively engage in daily operations and lead by example.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment.
