Are you a skilled Building Control Surveyor looking to advance your career with a forward-thinking construction consultancy? A medium sized, but fast-growing Building Safety Consultancy, is seeking a talented Building Control Surveyor, who is registered Class 3 G/H RBI (Registered Building Inspector) to join their social team. The company operate a remote policy which allows a great work-life balance. This role will see you commute to London once a month.

The Building Control Surveyor's Role

As a Building Control Surveyor, you will join a vibrant and dedicated team committed to maintaining high safety standards across diverse construction projects. You will be responsible for inspecting and certifying building works, ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 and other relevant regulations. This individual will be well-versed in the latest Building Safety Act 2022 regulations to ensure projects are compliant and safety standards are upheld.

The Successful Building Control Surveyor Will Have:

  • 3+ years within Building Control
  • Class 3 G/H RBI
  • Member of a professional organisation: MCABE / MCIOB / CBuildE / MRICS
