If so, we are partnering with a highly successful bespoke trailer solutions company, that hasdoubled its growth in the last yearand is seeking an ambitiousBusiness Development Executivewho will be instrumental in expanding their client base further and supporting the growth of their safety-focused, high-quality trailer solutions service.

Position Overview:
This role, based in Colchester, focuses on new business prospecting, lead generation, and client qualification to drive trailer sales growth. Ideal for a results-driven professional, the position requires a determined, customer-focused approach and a commitment to achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identifynew business opportunities, qualifying leads and supporting the sales teams success
  • Build and nurture client relationships,qualifying database contacts, analysing fleet sizes, and identifying key decision-makers
  • Collaborate closely with the face-to-face (F2F) team to transition clients for discovery calls and further consultative discussions
  • Maintain accurate, organised records within the CRM to support follow-up and monitor KPI progress

  • Confident Communicator: Skilled in phone-based communication, with an engaging, customer-first approach
  • Results-Driven: Self-motivated, thriving in a target-driven environment with minimal micromanagement
  • Collaborative: Participate in daily sales huddles, regular one-on-one meetings, and provide updates on KPI progress
