Key Responsibilities:

Win new business while retaining existing clients.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Handle inbound sales inquiries.
Upsell company products and services.
Provide quotations to new customers.
Manage and respond to high volumes of emails.
Perform various ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Liaise with the operations team to stay informed about new business wins.
Follow up on all leads.
Contribute to business growth.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a sales environment.
Proven track record of achieving targets.
Ability to prioritize workload effectively.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Solid sales background.
Meticulous attention to detail.
