We have an exciting role for a Learning & Development Coordinator within our Learning & Development team here at our Head Office. The role: To support all elements of Learning and Development to ensure colleagues can receive fulfilling careers
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the apprentices in the business with support from our suppliers.
- Support implementation of any Learning & Development driven projects
- Coordination of Training needs analysis / surveys and other data driven activity to help drive strategy
- Help with co-ordination of events
- Supporting the booking of courses
- Support development learning content and document creation
- Creating documents & keeping the Intranet up to date
- Helping and supporting with all projects that come into L&D
What We're Looking For:
- Experience of booking courses and events
- Good analytical skills
- Communication in large businesses
- Car Driver
