Reed in Colchester are supporting our client seeking an Office Administrator to support their Regional Sales Manager and Regional Lettings Manager by ensuring all administrative duties and client liaison related to Sales & Lettings are completed efficiently and on time. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of their branch and requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide administrative support as directed by the Regional Sales Manager and Regional Lettings Manager.
  • Prepare and send out correspondence to clients, customers, and third parties via letters, emails, texts, and telephone calls.
  • Download and distribute online portal property performance reports to negotiators and clients.
  • Prepare window adverts and valuation packs as required.
  • Load properties onto company software following company guidelines.
  • Circulate properties for sale or let to applicants as directed.
  • Raise and send invoices as needed.
  • Assist in generating property brochures and distributing marketing materials.
  • Secure and communicate viewing feedback to clients.
  • Maintain office literature and stationery supplies.
  • Provide support for viewings and assist with walk-in and telephone enquiries.
