Your new companyHays are delighted to be working with a thriving wholesale organisation to recruit a Credit Controller. The company has had year-on-year success and are looking to expand through this growth. Your new roleYou will be joining the Credit Control Team at a very exciting time, aiding the company's financial growth and health. Your main duties would be to chase and manage debt recovery whilst maintaining regular contact with customers. This includes uploading and processing payments, handling queries and monitoring the customer database - making sure all is up to date and accurate. You will also be responsible for enquiring and assessing credit requests and permitting when applicable. What you'll need to succeedThe right candidate would have previous experience in Credit Control and or is working towards an AAT/CICM/ACCA qualification. You would also enjoy varied, fast-paced tasks as the nature of the role would be time-sensitive. We are looking for someone who is inquisitive and accurate for business opportunities as well as confident, to carry out delegated tasks.
