Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for a new opportunity? We have a fantastic role based in Colchester, offering a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum along with excellent benefits. The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic team at a leading provider in the transport management sector. This is an exciting chance to take ownership of the credit control process and make a real impact within the organisation.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and resolve any billing discrepancies.
• Manage and monitor the credit control process to ensure payment deadlines are met.
• Contact customers via phone, email, and other channels to discuss outstanding payments.
• Liaise with suppliers to provide updates on outstanding invoices and resolve queries.
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks as required by the department manager.

What Experience is Required

• Previous experience in credit control or a similar financial role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.

• Salary: £27,000 per year.
