We are seeking a qualified Mortgage Advisor with at least 2 years of advisory experience to join a growing independent Mortgage and Protection firm in Colchester.
The position available is for a Senior Mortgage Advisor, offering a basic salary between £30,000 and £35,000, depending on experience.
On-target earnings (OTE) for this role can reach between £60,000 and £70,000 with a strong commission structure.
Candidates must have a CeMAP or equivalent qualification and a proven track record of writing 10 or more mortgages per month.
The role involves generating mortgage business, providing exceptional customer service, and mentoring trainee advisors while working Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays.

They are a rapidly growing, independent Mortgage and Protection firm offering a unique opportunity to join their team as a Senior Mortgage Advisor and can offer a fantastic lead source with uncapped commission.

They are offering for the successful Senior Mortgage Advisor:

Basic Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (based on experience)
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £60,000 - £70,000
Strong Commission Structure

Working Hours:

Office Based
Monday – Friday | 9 – 5:30
Alternate Saturdays (Lieu Day in return) 10 – 5

Senior Mortgage Advisor requirements:

CeMAP or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 2 year’s experience
Proven track record of writing 10+ mortgages a month
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Handling more specialist cases
Supporting team initiatives
Mentoring Trainee Advisors
Excellent communication skills
Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
Highly organised with effective time management
