Farm Hand

We are recruiting for a Farm Hand for our well known, independent food manufacturer in Colchester.

Previous experience working on a farm or in the agricultural environment is a must for this role.

Please be aware you must be able to drive and have your own transport for this role.

Duties of the Farm Hand:

• Moving of produce between locations
• General ground keeper duties ( including mowing grass)
• Assisting with planting crops
• Harvesting duties

The ideal Farm Hand:

• Must be able to drive and have own vehicle
• Physically fit and able
• Previous experience in farm work
• Ability to work alone and as a team
• Good written and verbal communication

Pay and Hours:

• 11.44- 13.00 depending on experience
• Varied hours from 07.30am -20.00pm
• Work days can vary Monday - Sunday
• Minimum of 40hrs per week
