We are working with a well known, independent food manufacturer in the Colchester area, Who are looking to recruit a Team Leader on their production line.
Previous experience within food manufacturing is essential for this role.
Duties of the Production Team Leader:
- Ensuring that orders are correct and arrive on time
- Achieving individual and team targets
- Running the line
- Ensuring correct final packing and procedures are being followed
- Managing waste
- Taking responsibility and ownership of hygiene and housekeeping at all times
- Ensuring you are compliant with legal and company food hygiene standards
- Undertaking any reasonable tasks requested by management
The ideal Production Team Leader:
- Previous experience in manufacturing and production environment is essential
- Able to complete paperwork
- Flexible approach to working duties
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good eye for quality
- Flexible working days and hours
Pay and hours
- 12.03- 12.65 depending on experience
- Varied hours from 07.30am -20.00pm
- Work days can vary Monday - Sunday
