Hours: 37.5 hour week - Shift patterns - weekdays, evenings and weekends.
�? Our client is seeking two enthusiastic Customer Service Administrators to join their vibrant team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love helping others, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Set up new customers with new claim information.
- Data entry onto the bespoke system.
- Review new claims,
- Explain information clearly to customers over the phone.
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email.
- Close claims and prepare feedback.
This role demands excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. If you possess strong organisational skills and can prioritise tasks effectively, we want to hear from you!
