A company in Colchester are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their team ASAP! This is a full-time temporary - permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm (37.5 hours) and paying 11.60 per hour.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls.
- Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication.
- Process sales orders within the agreed standards & targets.
- Process sample requests within the agreed standards & targets.
- To ensure customers are advised of any service issues within the agreed standards & targets.
- Manage complaints log and corrective action.
- Organise sales paperwork and file
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Customer Service Advisor position:
- Proven customer support experience.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of character.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in using a wide range of relevant IT packages.
