About The Job:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will join our friendly and dedicated team to further grow our business. Your passion for providing outstanding customer service will be the key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

?? Develop strong customer relationships, becoming the friendly face of our organisation

?? Handle customer inquiries and requests with a positive and upbeat telephone manner

?? Assist the sales team by engaging in quality conversations to drive sales

?? Process customer orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery

?? Communicate with customers regarding order status and resolve any issues or delays

?? Maintain confidentiality of customer information

?? Demonstrate commercial awareness when placing orders or quoting customers

?? Use internal task dashboard to manage customer transactions and requests

The Person:

?? Passionate about providing excellent customer service

??�???? Professional, conscientious, and friendly

?? Strong IT skills and attention to detail

?? Numerically proficient and capable of multitasking

?? Confident and patient telephone manner

?? Strong written and oral communication skills

�? Focused, driven, and self-motivated

?? Enthusiastic team player

?? Desire to learn, progress, and build a career within our organisation

?? Minimum 2 years customer service experience in an office-based environment preferred
