Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality Drama lessons to students at KS3 and KS4.
- Foster creativity, confidence, and collaboration among students in the performing arts.
- Contribute to extracurricular Drama activities, productions, and performances.
- Collaborate with the Drama department and wider teaching team to maintain high standards of learning and engagement.
- Uphold the school's values and commitment to student development in Colchester
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or has a subject-related degree with proven teaching experience.
- A vibrant and dynamic Drama Teacher who can inspire students to explore their creativity and perform to their full potential.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Open to Early Career Teachers (ECTs), with excellent support available from our incredible Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
