Castlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a reputable Not-for-Profit organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. 

The role plays a key role in providing a robust accounting service to a range of key service areas, and will include:

• Working with Directors of Service at a strategic level to identify and drive service improvements
• Liaise with budget holders to produce accurate budgets and ensure that financial risk is understood
• Training of budget holders on financial matters
• Presentation of financial reports to senior management
• Leading regular budget monitoring reports with senior stakeholders
• Leading and developing small Finance team

The person;

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CIPFA qualified (or equivalent)
• Proven business partnering approach
