An exciting opportunity has emerged with a well-established Wealth Management firm located near Colchester in Essex. As a result of expansion and internal advancement, they are seeking to recruit a Junior Paraplanner to join their team and provide a clear career path. With over 20 years of experience, they have been delivering top-tier financial and investment planning services to their clientele.

Renowned for their commitment to clients, they offer highly ethical advice, resulting in exceptional client loyalty. Their business thrives solely on referrals and recommendations from existing clients, a testament to their exceptional service. My client offers comprehensive financial advice covering pension, investments, protection, intergenerational financial planning, as well as trust and estate planning advice across Essex, Hertfordshire, and central London.

While experience is advantageous, they value team fit, drive, attitude, and personality above all else. They provide training to bridge any skills gaps and knowledge deficiencies. They seek a flexible and confident Junior Paraplanner willing to contribute to the ongoing development and growth of the team.

The ideal candidate will have technical experience in Financial Administration or some exposure to Paraplanning. As Junior Paraplanner you will work closely with Advisers, eventually providing end-to-end Paraplanning support once fully acclimated.
