A prestigious architectural practice is seeking a very experienced CDM Principal Designer to lead a diverse and high-profile project portfolio within the core construction sectors. The Principal Designer Role

As the Principal Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 2 Principal Designers, providing mentorship and technical delivery yourself. This is a client facing role and will include management activities such as invoicing, taking interviews etc.

The CDM Consultant Will Have:

  • NEBOSH Construction (required)
  • Tech IOSH (minimum)
  • APS membership (preferred)
  • Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying (preferred)
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
