A client of ours in the Colchester area are recruiting a Freelance Estimator to join their team. This is a freelance position and the number of hours required may vary weekly. Paying a negotiable salary per annum depending on experience. This role can be hybrid based but monthly visits to the office will be required.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Preparing and submitting quotations and details of costs for work to be done.
- Pay scaffolders labour costs on measured work done.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Read from drawings & plans to develop cost estimates on labour
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Freelance Estimator position:
- Must be able to read drawings to be considered for this role
- Previous estimating experience essential
- Building and Construction industry knowledge/experience desirable
- Experience in building client relationships.
