Your new role
- Manage accounts payable, including debts, supplier communications
- Resolve supplier queries and reduce aged balances and resolve non-payment issue
- Support monthly payroll for 200+ staff via Sage
- Liaise with staff and partners to resolve client queries
- Support finance team with credit card payments, overhead analysis, and new staff setup
- Cover for receipts posting and bank reconciliations during holidays
What you'll need to succeed
- You will possess an in-depth understanding of Accounts Payable processes and knowledge of Payroll with 2-3 years within this department.
- You will also be confident in using systems such as Sage and Excel.
