In this varied role, you'll support a range of external assessments, adapting to changes in a rapidly growing area and managing a steady flow of tasks. You'll need to handle urgent tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

As the Quality Officer, you will be responsible to:

  • Assist the quality assurance team in reviewing processes related to the monitoring and validation of regulated qualifications, in line with the standards set by regulatory bodies in exams, assessments and qualification
  • Organise and report on both internal and external assessments of qualifications, working closely with assessment development staff to ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Assist in the undertaking of statistical and qualitative analysis, collating and presenting quantitative and qualitative data from different sources including the online external assessment platform and principal database.
  • Meeting Service Level Agreements and providing an excellent service to our customers whilst following organisation policies and procedures.

To be successful in the role, you will need to:

  • Knowledge and/or experience in the awarding organisation sector or in a similar education-based quality related role.
  • A high level of proficiency in Excel, with strong skills in data manipulation, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
  • The ability to collate, analyse and present quantitative and qualitative data.
