Location: Colchester
Remuneration: £27,000 - £35,000 + Profit share bonus up to 20%

The role of the Sales Executive - Aluminium Cladding & Decking Systems will involve:
- Internal sales position selling a high quality range of aluminium cladding decking systems for balconies in the high rise sector
- Your time will be spent selling directly to housebuilders, developers, main contractors, balcony fabricators and deck fitting contractors
- Dealing with inbound enquiries and providing technical support
- Chase leads both self-generated and leads fed via website enquiries
- Generate quotations for customers using technical drawings
- Using tools such as Glenigan, alongside bespoke tools to uncover sales opportunities
- Qualify leads and keep up to date with on-going projects, managing your own project pipeline
- Dealing with a typical project size of £30k +
- Conducting site visits a few times a month to develop relationships and develop new enquiries
- Typical project would include: high rise office space, residential high rise or block of flats / apartments
The ideal applicant will be a Sales Executive - Aluminium Cladding & Decking Systems with:
- Must have sales experience with decking, cladding or flooring systems
- Must be able to understand and interpret technical drawings
- Hardworking with an excellent work ethic
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and methodical organisational skills
- IT Literate
