The role of the Sales Executive - Aluminium Cladding & Decking Systems will involve:

  • Internal sales position selling a high quality range of aluminium cladding decking systems for balconies in the high rise sector
  • Your time will be spent selling directly to housebuilders, developers, main contractors, balcony fabricators and deck fitting contractors
  • Dealing with inbound enquiries and providing technical support
  • Chase leads both self-generated and leads fed via website enquiries
  • Generate quotations for customers using technical drawings
  • Using tools such as Glenigan, alongside bespoke tools to uncover sales opportunities
  • Qualify leads and keep up to date with on-going projects, managing your own project pipeline
  • Dealing with a typical project size of £30k +
  • Conducting site visits a few times a month to develop relationships and develop new enquiries
  • Typical project would include: high rise office space, residential high rise or block of flats / apartments

The ideal applicant will be a Sales Executive - Aluminium Cladding & Decking Systems with:

  • Must have sales experience with decking, cladding or flooring systems
  • Must be able to understand and interpret technical drawings
  • Hardworking with an excellent work ethic
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and methodical organisational skills
  • IT Literate
