Key Responsibilities:

- Compliance: Ensure full compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, including CQC standards.

About the Care Home:
The home provides specialist services in residential, nursing, dementia, palliative, and respite care. With a capacity of approximately 50 to 70 residents, the facility prides itself on a warm and welcoming environment, supported by state-of-the-art amenities and a dedicated care team.
Essential Requirements:
- Professional Qualification: Clinical qualifications (e.g., RGN, RMN) are desirable but not essential if you have significant managerial experience.
- Experience: Proven track record in managing a residential or nursing care facility.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Thorough understanding of CQC standards and care home compliance requirements.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Adept at managing challenges and implementing solutions to ensure exceptional care delivery.
