Occupational Health Advisor - Peripatetic, Colchester

Salary Range: 35,000 to 48,000 dependent upon experience

We have anopportunity to join a Nurse-led Occupational Health company offering bespoke OH services to a diverse range of clients. This is a peripatetic role inthe Colchester/Braintree and surroundingarea.

Our client is will support those wishing to undertake Occupational Health qualifications.

About the Team:

Join a supportive, nurse-led team in a medium-sized, friendly environment that emphasises quality service, cooperation, and mutual success.

TheOccupational Health AdvisorRole:

  • Providethe full remit ofcomprehensive Occupational Health services at client sites.

  • Conduct health assessmentsandsurveillance,case management, andhealth/wellbeingpromotion.

  • A maximum of 4 cases per day allows for the creation of detailed, personalised reports.

  • Travel to customer sites withinapproximately a1-hourradius.

  • Ensureaccurateand full completion of all necessary health records and servicedocumentation.

Your Profile:

  • Attitude:Highly professional, hands-on practitioner

  • Qualification:Registered Nurse qualification - NMC pin with no restrictions or conditionsand anOccupational HealthDegreeorDiplomaqualificationis preferred but not essential.

  • Skills:Excellent communicator, autonomous working, and effective workload planning.

  • Experience:Occupational Health experience required.

  • Knowledge:Full OH remit, in-depth understanding of confidentiality legislation/GDPR.
