As our Sentinel Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our workforce, ensuring they are compliant, engaged, and well-trained. TheSentinel Coordinator,will embed within a supportive culture, this role is about fostering a seamless and positive experience for our colleagues throughout their career with us.
- Manage and update Sentinel database in a timely manner to ensure compliance with Organisational and Network Rail guidelines
- Monitor and arrange periodic Medical and D&A testing in line with Sentinel Scheme rules.
- Work closely with TES Training and take ownership of the workforce Competence Management.
- Sentinel Scheme Rules knowledge
- Previous administration experience
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently to a high standard
- Customer focused
- Ability to produce quality work
