KM4HR are supporting their client in the Colchester region to recruit an experienced HR Administrator/Coordinator for their growing business.

With 2 sites already established in the UK and a 3rd to be added, this role has the potential to evolve with the business.

Working alongside 2 talented senior HR professionals you will have full exposure to all areas of HR both operational and strategic.

This is an urgent requirement that would ideally suit someone with little or no notice period.

**This position can be offered on a full time, FTC until end January 2024 or as a part time, permanent position (3 days) with the requirement to work 5 days until Christmas 2024**

Responsibilities

  • Assist with all recruitment related activities including, advertising, applicant management and interview coordination.
  • Support the onboarding of new employees, including reference and right to work checks.
  • Manage the HR inbox and support colleagues who may come to you in person.
  • Assist with organising and delivering employee engagement activities
  • Plan, promote and oversee companywide events throughout the year.
  • Assist in the coordination of training schedules.
  • Manage all employee information and records, creating reports and self-auditing at regular intervals.
  • Support the senior HR team in creating new policies and processes to be embedded across the organisation

Person Specification

  • Previous experience working in a HR environment essential.
  • CIPD membership preferred but not essential.
  • Understanding of HR processes, recruitment, and UK employment law.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR specific systems/databases
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to present information clearly and concisely
