Leading regional main contractor and national fit-out specialist with offices at Colchester and Stansted in Essex.

We are looking for a Dynamic and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join our team.

Working from our office in Birch, Colchester, you would be responsible for all aspects of HR, reporting directly to the HR Director and external advisors. Our people are central to the success of our business and this important role will require you to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Duties would include, but not limited to:
• Be the first point of contact for our employees
• Liaise effectively with outside advisors and organisations
• Manage time off requests and absences.
• Manage the process of onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Responsible for driving forward social value goals
• Introduce various initiatives to support employees and promote our business ethics
• Correspond effectively throughout the business at all levels.
• Produce various reports to senior management and the Directors
• Continuously review and implement improvements to the HR function
• Help achieve the Companies very high standards in relation to employee engagement and mental health awareness
• Attending careers fairs and engagement with local schools and colleges to promote our apprenticeship programmes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £36,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
