Our client, a leading organisation based in Colchester, is seeking three motivated individuals to join their team as HR Advisors. About The Job:

As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's managers and employees. Reporting to the Head of HR and working closely with other HR Business Partners, you will provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of HR matters. You will ensure compliance with employment legislation and promote best practises in employee management.

Responsibilities:

?? Provide comprehensive advisory services to managers and employees, ensuring adherence to employment law and best practises.

?? Handle complex employee relations matters, offering guidance and support.

?? Conduct site visits to various locations as required, maintaining visibility across the organisation.

?? Analyse HR data, such as exit interviews, absence, turnover, benefits, and surveys, to identify patterns and propose effective solutions.

?? Assist the HR Administration team in preparing HR-related statistical information and reports.

?? Stay updated on immigration regulations and coordinate regular immigration audit checks.

Requirements:

? Experience managing high volumes of HR cases with a strong understanding of employment legislation.

? Proficiency in handling complex employee relations matters, including dismissals.

? Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site organisation (desirable).

? CIPD Level 5 qualification (desirable).
