Casanovas Recruitment Solutions has an amazing opportunity working with a growing brand within the Essex area and is seeking a HR Advisor to join there growing team.

We are seeking a candidate who is really passion about HR and dealing with all aspect of ER and has a really strong background dealing with complex ER cases and is able to work within a team and there own!

Duties will include:

• Providing support to all managers and employees on best practice.
• Handling complex ER Cases including end to end processes for investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management.
• Sending out contracts and variation letters
• Supporting managers to reduce sickness absence
• Conducing Exit interviews
• Supporting the People team with additional Projects
• Maintain and updating company polices and procedures.
