Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is seeking a passionate HR Advisor to join a growing brand in the Essex area.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in handling complex employee relations (ER) cases and be able to work both independently and within a team.
Key responsibilities include providing support to managers and employees, managing end-to-end ER processes, and conducting exit interviews.
The position offers a competitive salary of £35,000 to £40,000 and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR.
Additional benefits include one day of remote work per week, free parking, and a comprehensive holiday and pension package.

Casanovas Recruitment Solutions has an amazing opportunity working with a growing brand within the Essex area and is seeking a HR Advisor to join there growing team.

We are seeking a candidate who is really passion about HR and dealing with all aspect of ER and has a really strong background dealing with complex ER cases and is able to work within a team and there own!

Duties will include:

Providing support to all managers and employees on best practice.
Handling complex ER Cases including end to end processes for investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management.
Sending out contracts and variation letters
Supporting managers to reduce sickness absence
Conducing Exit interviews
Supporting the People team with additional Projects
Maintain and updating company polices and procedures.
