We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will primarily focus on employee relations with factory staff, ensuring a positive workplace culture, resolving conflicts, and supporting HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.This role is a 2-month FTC.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for factory staff, addressing concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Promote a positive and respectful work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular meetings with employees and supervisors to gauge morale, identify issues, and develop solutions.

HR Policies & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures to factory staff.
  • Provide guidance on disciplinary actions and performance management while ensuring fairness and legal compliance.
