Description
- Implement HR-related policies and procedures within the organisation
- Manage the recruitment process, from advertising roles to conducting interviews
- Support employee relations, including managing conflict resolution
- Conduct performance appraisals and identify training needs
- Maintain accurate employee records in line with GDPR regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
- Participate in organisational health and safety standards
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Profile
A successful HR Officer should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or related field
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of UK employment legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
