Description

  • Implement HR-related policies and procedures within the organisation

  • Support employee relations, including managing conflict resolution
  • Conduct performance appraisals and identify training needs
  • Maintain accurate employee records in line with GDPR regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
  • Participate in organisational health and safety standards

Profile

A successful HR Officer should have:
