Reed Business Support in Colchester are currently recruiting an Operations Director to lead and manage the operations team of our fast growing client. This role is pivotal in creating a positive culture, ensuring compliance, and overseeing the efficient management of stock and fleet. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in operational excellence.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Lead and manage the operations team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and ensure high performance.
  • Oversee stock checking and monitoring processes to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Manage fleet operations, including regular checks and maintenance scheduling.
  • Ensure all operations comply with industry standards and legal regulations.
