• Confident in working with the Microsoft Office Suite,
• Excellent it skills
• Handling data,
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Particularly when preparing documents and entering data,
• Maintaining correct records.
• Confirming offers with our clients, acting upon their instructions
• Liaising with Estate Agents and solicitors
• You will be responsible for uploading to our CRM system
• Managing clients expectations
• Preparing letters and documents
• Excellent communicator both verbally and written.
• Preparing and Complying with AML
• Being up to speed with all relevant legislation
• Collating all information to enable the Memorandum of Sale
• Liaising with Estate agents to gather all viewing and offer information

Salary and benefits:£20.000 - £25.000pa depending on experienceWorking week: Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm Friday 9.00am - 5.00pmA Modern office environment in a Essex location with Supportive and friendly team full training given.If you think you have the experience needed for this role.
