The Role:

As the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll lead the marketing department, developing and executing strategies that enhance our client's brand and generate high-value leads. You’ll have the freedom to shape the marketing efforts across digital, print, and events while managing a range of campaigns including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and direct mail. From optimising the website to boosting brand awareness, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy, including budget management.
  • Drive lead generation and customer loyalty through innovative campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Oversee digital lead generation campaigns (SEO, PPC) and website UX improvements.
  • Manage all marketing materials, including printed collateral and website content.
  • Create and implement targeted email and direct mail campaigns.
  • Oversee exhibitions, events, and external partnerships with agencies and vendors.
  • Monitor performance and ROI of all marketing activities.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of marketing experience, with a strong track record in email marketing, SEO, PPC, and digital lead generation campaigns.
  • Expertise in CRM management, reporting, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, giving you the ability to analyse and optimise performance.
  • Creative and analytical thinking, paired with excellent communication skills, allowing you to craft compelling content and effective marketing strategies.
  • Experience producing both online and offline marketing materials, from website content to printed collateral.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage tasks and deliver results through others.
