Job Summary: Experienced HVAC Service/Maintenance Engineer
Location: Essex-based, covering Home Counties and London

Key Responsibilities:
- Commissioning, servicing, and maintaining air conditioning and ventilation systems (Splits, VRV/F, Supply/Extract Fans, MVHR, Air Handling Units)
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in air conditioning and ventilation systems
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
- Full UK driving licence
- F-Gas 2079 Category 1 certification
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with water chillers and heat pumps
- General mechanical building services knowledge
- NVQ Level 2/3 qualifications
