Job Summary:
A forward-thinking company in Colchester is seeking an organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Sales Director and senior team members. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, handling diverse tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. You'll gain exposure to various aspects of the business and be instrumental in supporting key management functions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct administrative support to the Sales Director and other departments.
* Manage office supplies, orders, and inventory levels.
* Oversee the company's holiday and sickness calendar.
* Compile KPI data and prepare relevant reports for staff meetings.
* Organise and attend meetings, take notes, and ensure all necessary prep work is completed.
* Maintain and update the company database.
* Conduct research and present findings to support decision-making.
* Assist with daily tasks, such as handling mail and managing documents.
* Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and staff for seamless communication across the business.
* Address building maintenance issues and liaise with building management.
* Undertake specific projects and provide support to the management team, including during absences.
* Track and organise training for Fire Marshalls and First Aiders as required.
* Welcome and assist visitors, creating a positive office environment.

Event Management Responsibilities:
* Help organise internal and external events.
* Arrange accommodation and travel for staff and visitors.
* Coordinate team events, arranging catering and handling guest lists.
* Organise supplier visits for staff.
