Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Senior Surveyor to work with one of our Local Authority clients in Colchester.
What the job will be doing
- Manage a team of asset management and surveying staff
- Successfully deliver key work contracts and services within time
- Take responsibility for all activities relating to improvements and repairs & maintenance
What you will need
- Building related degree or similar professional building related qualification
- Detailed knowledge of Asset Management & Building Surveying
- Experience of managing staff, budgets, business planning, and change management.
