- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Running multimodal shipments from start to finish, to include, liaising with agents, bill of ladings, clearance instructions, deliveries and any special requirements.
- Assist with office management tasks including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed
- Utilize computerized systems and software to input and retrieve information
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost professionalism
```Skills```
- Needs at least 3 years experience in the shipping industry. Preferably within a freight forwarders. knowledge of Import/Export sea and air.
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft office (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
