Sales Administrator

Tiptree / Outskirts of Colchester

£12.00 per hour

Temp To Perm / Full Time

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Join our client's team as a Sales Administrator and support their Account Managers in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. As the Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for raising customer purchase orders, ensuring accurate information is included, and addressing any concerns or conflicts that may arise. Additionally, you will update account details and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Raise customer purchase orders.
  • Check that supplied drawings are correct and reflect customer requirements.
  • Acknowledge receipt of sales order within Service Level Agreement timeframe.
  • Ensure costs align with the set price matrix and escalate any discrepancies.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Update account details as needed.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks
