Temporary Administrator

Pay Rate : 12p/h - 13p/h
Hours : 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday
Assignment duration : 4 - 12 weeks
Working for a well established manufacturer well regarded in their industry, you will provide administration support to the sales and estimating teams. To be considered for this role you must be available immediately. In this assignment your duties will include
- Dealing with telephone enquiries and updating the client database
- Reviewing the sales inbox and responding to enquiries
- Vetting enquiries
- Responding to requests for samples
- Covering reception as required
Skills required
- Confident telephone manner
- Good Windows and Excel skills
