What You'll Bring:

  • UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Recent experience teaching in Key Stage 1
  • Secure knowledge of the KS1 National Curriculum
  • Ability to deliver creative, engaging lessons
  • Confidence in supporting early reading and phonics development
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills
  • A positive, team-focused attitude with a proactive approach to learning

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
  • Work closely with your year group partner and planning team
  • Assess, monitor and track pupil progress to ensure all students reach their potential
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment with strong behaviour management
  • Collaborate with support staff, parents and leadership to promote student success
