We are seeking an experienced Property Valuer to join our client's dynamic team in Colchester. This role is ideal for someone with established estate agency experience and a passion for real estate. As a Property Valuer, you will be instrumental in providing accurate property valuations, liaising with clients, and driving the success of our growing branch.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Focus on generating new and repeat business to enhance branch performance.
- Gain new instructions for properties to market and effectively market these properties to potential buyers.
- Complete contracts on properties and upsell additional products.
- Prepare detailed and attractive brochures for each property, including photos and descriptions.
- Engage in canvassing the local area through door knocking and leaflet dropping.
- Ensure all properties adhere to health and safety standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
- Proven experience as an Estate Agent, ready to take the next step in your career.
- Excellent team collaboration skills, contributing to a spirited and enjoyable working environment.
- Known for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Effective communication skills, including a good telephone manner.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office packages.
- Strong attention to detail.
