Quantity surveyor

Role Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team for a 14-month infrastructure project. This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working options, and a contract outside of IR35. We need someone who can start immediately to contribute to the success of our project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all quantity surveying activities for infrastructure projects
• Develop and review cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports
• Track project costs and offer financial guidance
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensure adherence to contract terms and project specifications

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years' experience in quantity surveying, particularly in infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to manage project costs effectively
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in relevant surveying software and tools
• Immediate availability required
