Fairmead are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis on behalf of our client, a contractor based in Colchester. This is a permanent position, with interviews being held before a potential start.

Salary: £40k - £60k + package
Job Role: Quantity Surveyor
Summary of duties;
- Responsible for full valuation process of assigned projects.
- Monitoring final account forecasts monthly and ensuring accurate reporting to client teams.
- Ensuring final account is profitable for the business.
- Assist in ongoing supplier and sub contractor procurement as project information is developed, reporting against Cost Plans
- Assist in the raising of Estimates to clients and client teams and ensuring instruction.
- Assist in the raising of sub contract orders.
- Assist in preconstruction estimating as and when required.
- Frame work exprience Preferred
